Our Training Camps are designed to take your current abilities to the next level. We have created a programme of training over the course of the camp that will elevate your physical capacity, strength, endurance and refine your technique.

Our team of instructors will deliver great sessions and break down everything into manageable progressions for you, and we have nurtured a very warm, friendly and inclusive environment to help lift everyone’s spirits. You will leave tired and perhaps sore, but highly motivated and in better physical and mental condition.



This will be our Second International Training Camp in Portugal’s beautiful Algarve. We are bringing our first class coaches & training methods to a sunny and idyllic winter training location where international track and field athletes train for World Championships and the Olympics.

3 daily coaching sessions including: Morning Movement, Short Trail Run and Sea Splash, Pre lunch Gymnastic Strength Training & Mobility, Afternoon Flexibility & Handstands.

Stunning location to train in, spacious rooms, open air and indoor swimming pools, gym, onsite massage and spa with saunas and jacuzzi.

The Training

3 daily sessions each with a separate focus, with plenty of time for rest, eating, sunbathing or sleeping in between.

Before breakfast

We start at 7am each morning and watch the sunrise as we warm up with movement drills and mobility work. We then head off for a beautiful trail run on the amazing red cliff tops amidst the pine trees with stunning sea views before descending onto the beach and splashing in the sea.

Before Lunch

We meet at the hotel reception for 10.50am and head off to the indoor sports complex 5 minutes walk away for our conditioning session. Here we will split into groups and rotate between the rig for Rings strength, weighted mobility and gymnastic strength progressions on the open courts, and specific leg and hip conditioning in the fitness suite.


After a 3 hour break for lunch and recovery, we finish the training day with 2 hours of flexibility and handstand work, before heading to the spa to unwind in the sauna and jacuzzi's.


The Alfamar Hotel is a long established 3 star sports hotel overlooking the sea and cliffs, right on the beach front. It has open air and indoor pools, sauna, gym and track. All rooms are booked on a bed & breakfast basis, half-board options also available for daily dinners.

Its extensive facilities and location are used by National Athletic squads from all over the world, so don’t be surprised if you bump into a National or Olympic champion at breakfast. The resort is now 40 years old, it was built for purpose as both a holiday resort and winter training facility for amateur and elite athletes. The hotel has a somewhat dated feel in decor due to its age, however the facilities are very clean and spacious.

Options for accommodation:

Hotel Rooms – Single or double/twin share, all have separate bathroom, satellite TV, air-conditioning, heating, balcony or terrace. The hotel has several bars and restaurants
