At our Tuscany Wellbeing Retreat, we invite you to take a break in the verdant and lush hills of Southern Tuscany. This retreat offers you the time to find a sense of deep peace and balance; enjoy the beauty of the landscape, warm water, exercise, organic food & daily massage. Besides daily exercise sessions of our signature gymnastic fitness, we will be teaching participants how to massage!

This retreat is for all levels of fitness, with Wesley & Claire we have two expert coaches on hand and thus the opportunity to tailor exercise sessions according to ability and where we can split into smaller groups if necessary.

Morning Sessions

7am - Qi Gong & Meditation with Wes on the lawn with valley views. We join the rhythm of nature, wake upto bird song, sip a warm lemon drink or herbal tea, calm the mind and slowly open the bodies channels.

7.30am - Stretch and Core with Claire in the studio. Following on from our gentle start on the lawn, we walk no more than a few yards to the gorgeous

studio directly beneath the lawn (it’s actually a roof terrace to the studio andpool!) Here we take the time to really open up those channels and nourish the body with Claire’s inspiring guidance through a series of stretches and core activation on the mats.

8.30am - Handstand Practice with Wes. This is an optional session and suitable for all levels. For those seasoned pros we continue to refine our practice daily and for those beginners we start with simple joint mobilisations of the wrists and shoulders and begin to explore the fun of inversions.

9.30am Breakfast. Never fail to bring smiles to our faces, what a spread!

Afternoon & Evening Sessions

12pm - Massage in the studio with Claire & Wes. Over the course of the retreat we will guide you through a full body massage routine, where we each get to receive and give the magic of touch. This has proven to be a very specialingredient to our retreat - one that fosters deep relaxation, deep connection to self, & flourishing connection with others.

1.30pm - Lunch. The freshly prepared buffet lunch offers plenty of options for everyone! Free time to do whatever the heart feels… sleep, read, swim, sunbathe, walk the choice is yours.

5pm - 6pm Movement session in the studio with Wes. These sessions will vary between a focus on strength or specific flexibility movements such as the splits & bridge. We adapt to how the group feels and learn to listen to our bodies as the connection deepens.

6.30pm - Mystery session. These sessions have also proven to be a very successful part of our retreats! The mystery element brings excitement and

playfulness and the sessions will range from group activities to chilled talks, think informal, interactive lectures with a large dose of chill & relaxation mixed with inspiration and learning. What will they be this year?

7.30pm Dinner by this time you will have worked up a healthy appetite to enjoy another gorgeous, freshly prepared meal to share!

It was an incredible experience. Wes & Claire worked beautifully together and the whole week felt deeply nourishing and so well balanced, with a mid-week trip to the beach adding an extra layer of joy. The retreat has become my annual mind-and-body reset.
