Level 1 FGF® Conditioning & Movement – 2 Day Seminar

• An administration charge of £50 will apply for all cancellations. Refunds will not be issued within two weeks of the seminar date.
• Please be aware to register with the correct spelling of your full name as you wish to be displayed on your certificate.
• Please make sure that you are registering with ONE email address that is active. If you already have an FGF account, please register using that email address. This should be entered at the checkout stage.
• Please save info@formagym.co.uk for receiving emails.
• When registering make sure everything is spelled correctly.

Please arrange for your own cancellation insurance. In the event that a seminar is cancelled due to but not limited to a scheduling issue, host-issue or geo-political issue, Forma Gymnastic Fitness will refund or credit your attendance fee BUT WILL NOT compensate for any flights, accommodation or days missed from work.
