Let's get some handstand fundamentals!

A fundamental gymnastics skill that builds great strength and total body control, handstands are also super fun!
Many aspects come together including a strong core, flexible and strong shoulders.
We prefer complete beginners to have at least a month of foundations sessions before starting with handstand but this is not always essential.
